Apply 15-20 minutes before exposure to the sun, on the face or body. If you want to use makeup, wait 5 minutes before applying. Reapply the SPF once every 3 hours. The sufficient amount of spf for the face is 1.25 ml (as much as a 50 bani coin or as much as a cherry).
